Crepes, a la Michelle?

So, I tried to make crepes. I found a lovely gluten-free crepe mix at my neighborhood gluten-free store.




















I bought all of the ingredients. I followed the instructions. And. . . .














Nothing but scraps!!! Depressing. . . .

Still, I tried to salvage them.















Tada!

Unfortunately, the 'crepe salad' was absolutely gross!!!! It seems my cooking skills still need refining. . . .
